Dues, Newsletter, and other information
It's that time of the year again when invoices for dues and newsletters are coming to you soon.
Dues
Home owner's dues are $100 this year, and you now have more options than ever before in terms of the way you pay. While you can still write a check and mail it in or hand it to a board member, you can now pay online with PayPal by heading over to the "Make a Payment" page on our homepage. The invoices for dues will be going out soon, and if you use PayPal, be sure to let us know that you paid online on the invoice.
Newsletter
As per usual, our annual newsletter will be going out soon. However, for your convenience, we've uploaded a copy to the website. Simply go to the homepage and click "Newsletter."
Other information
On Wednesday, April 29th from 7-8PM, we will be hosting our Deerfield Park South Homeowners Association annual meeting in a new location, the Clinton Macomb Public Library (Main Branch) in conference room B. If you have any questions regarding any of the information enclosed in the newsletter, or any questions about dues, please plan on attending, or call the association answering machine with the number provided under the "Contact Us" tab.
